Joseph H. (Jody) Guerry is a native of Mount Pleasant. He began his 35+ year career in real estate when he joined his father, LeGrand Guerry, to train as an appraiser in 1983. Together they formed Appraisal Associates of Charleston where Jody served as President from the late 1980's until forming The Guerry Group in 2002. He holds the general (MAI) and residential (SRA) professional appraisal designations through the Appraisal Institute. He has been active with the AI throughout his career serving as president of the AI SC Chapter in 2003, national chair of the AI Leadership Development Advisory Council in 2003, and the AI SC Board of Directors from 2012 to 2016. His service with Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR)  includes serving on the MLS board from 1999 to 2002, chair of Grievance in 2010, and on the CTAR Board of Directors beginning in 2017. Jody has been married to his high school sweetheart, Catherine, for 36 years. They have two adult daughters; one in nursing and one who continues the family tradition as an appraiser.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 1994, Kimberly (Kim) Perrine began her 20+ year career in the appraisal industry when she joined Appraisal Associates of Charleston in 1996 as and assistant, and  began her appraiser apprenticeship in 1998. She then joined The Guerry Group as an apprentice upon it's formation in 2002. Kim earned her Certified Residential license in 2004 remaining with Guerry Group until 2006. Her career continued as a Collateral Control Reviewer with Forsythe Appraisals between 2009 and June of 2011. Following her time as a review appraiser, she returned to The Guerry Group in June of 2011.

Catherine A (Katie) Guerry joined The Guerry Group in 2009 after studying business and real estate at Clemson University and The College of Charleston. After serving as assistant to her father, Joseph H. Guerry, she began her apprenticeship in 2013. She obtained an appraisers license in 2018 and is currently training as a commercial appraiser.

Robert C. Bonner

Retired

Robert C. Bonner began appraisal career working with H. Philip Troy, MAI from 1976 to 1979. Following his initial training, he joined Hartnett Realty Company as an appraiser and Realtor from 1979 to 1991. At that time, he joined Appraisal Associates of Charleston, later serving as a partner until 2002. Robert joined The Guerry Group upon it's formation in 2002 where he serves today as the firm's most experienced appraiser.

William E. Williams

Retired

William (Billy) Williams is a native of Cheraw, SC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina in 1970. His past professional experience includes banking followed by cement sales until 1990. After three years in the early stages of the cellular industry, he started Southern Turf Products in Mount Pleasant, SC in 1993. He operated a golf supply business until 1998 when he purchased Lady's Island Country Club in the Beaufort, SC area. After selling the golf course in 1999, he started his real estate career with Exit Realty as a broker-agent. He began his 16+ year career in the appraisal industry when he joined Appraisal Associates of Charleston as an apprentice appraiser in early 2002, joining The Guerry Group as an apprentice upon its formation in late 2002. He earned his Certified Residential license in 2004 and has remained with the Guerry Group throughout his career.
